This is a video that was motivated by our Nation's birthday on the 4th of July, by my intense interest in American history, and by the great love I feel for my Country.

It took a while to collect the images and put them together with the information in correct chronological order, but I think it came out well. This is somewhat of an educational piece, and I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed putting it together...ENJOY AND SUBSCRIBE!! };-)

  • What's the name of the music?? I've heard this before, I just can't remember where! Do you know the name of the composer or the track?

Oh, and thank you for what you do here on YouTube more and more of our boys are being hated for what they do overseas, its all reminiscent of what happened to our boys in uniform during Vietnam and upon returning home after the war, they were spat on!

You are a light in that darkness, the videos you make are top notch productions worthy of respect by everyone.

  • @Mormonites Thank you for that awesome comment! The music is the theme for the movie "The Patriot" with Mel Gibson, which came out in the year 2000, I believe. I was actually in Kosovo when the movie came out, and Mel Gibson went over there to watch it with us for the first time. It was great! Thank you for watching, my friend!

  • This is one of the best videos that I've

ever seen.Thank you for sharing it with

    other people!

  • Thank you for watching, and you're very welcome! Thank you for the kind comment! };-)

  • @jmfigone209 The French were persuaded to join in the fight after the Battle of Saratoga, and after that they provided vital support in terms or military and financial assistance. Without that assistance, Washington would not have been able to push the Brits into Yorktown, or to implement the siege that ultimately defeated them. French participation in the Revolutionary War was absolutely fundamental to the American victory, and that is a fact that many try to deny out of ideology and ignorance.

  • @SophieOcean No, the French didn't join the fight until the colonies began to get the upper hand. Once continental forces delivered a few crushing blows to the English campaign, the French began to provide naval and arms supports.

  • American won their independency together with the french and where inspired to it by the french revolution from 1714, so its sad that they werent greate allies from the day America became independent.

  • Happy birthday America

  • EXCELLENT video--thank you! Happy 4th of July!

  • Makes me sad how far we have drifted from the original intent of this nation. : (
