  • Pretty yummi, I want too see sab eats the foccacia :3

  • I freeze my focaccia all the time but I only used olive oil, salt and cracked pepper on top. If you have a good food processor with dough blade you can do this in 2 mins. When I put it in the pan for the last rise with the olive oil,s&p on top I use a pizza wheel and cut it into 4 long strips then a middle cut to make 8 nice size pieces. They pull apart like buns. I wrap in foil and freeze, then I have it anytime I need it.

  • yeast and salt shouldn't be add together , the salt kills yeast activity... should put each at a side
