  • The tios are humble, they have won MANY championships, they are great karatekas. If your gonna be stuck on the split then thats your own problem. Shotokan karate will always be shotokan karate. Doesnt matter about association names or even your rank. Look at kanazawa sensei, he split too... hes still highly respected and even comes to our mastercamp (ISKF)... btw if u didnt know he is SKIF...

  • Fourth rule: respect others... obviously u dont understand that one either...

You will never be better than anyone, no one will ever be. There will always be someone out there better... you think your amazing? well good for you

think you should try to understand karate before you come here and comment about someone else whos never trashed anyone.

  • canada is jka ,,o skif ??????nou panamerican the jka ?''

  • Canada was JKA, we are now seperated and only ISKF

  • it's unsu kata

  • His Yoy is too wide.

  • Kata is one hell of a work out. These guys spent thousands of grueling hours developing this level of form. I'm a 4th degree black belt and I spend no less than 12 hours a week on kata alone, not to mention, sparring, weapons, self-defense, conditioning, etc. If you think Karate is fake or don't work; try going to a traditional Dojo for a week or two, I'm sure it will alter your opinion.

  • THIS IS NOT KARATE! A warning from a JKA life member: I spent a long time training and teaching this activity. Because of many contradictions I saw and heard, I began a study of karate from it’s beginning; what it really is, why it was developed, how it was taught, what it’s general syllabus was. The JKA is a shell, they have eliminated much of original karate and have invalidated it as a martial art. Read comments my site, the truth is obvious through study if you are willing to see it.

  • I thumbs up a few good KO videos and youtube starts putting these crappy 'demonstration' vids in my recommended section. Thumbs down.

  • @htongpalen your words " they left our main dojo just to go and join jka"

JUST TO GO JOIN JKA ? as JKA is something less ? or as its nothing!

JKA IS A WORLD FEDERATION AND MEMEBER WITH WKF! all certificates are world recognized, JKA IS THE FATHER OF ISKF " Frank Woona Tai. "

when the rest are not members of anything and not recognized.

Yes i encourge ppl to join JKA. that is endless orgnization.

when other orgnizations depends on no more than 5 masters if they die..the orgnizations is gone.

  • @benoitbernard123 Right! Most teens that reached black belt have to be re-evalutated for black belt status once they become adults. Honestly, a minor should never be promoted to a black belt. But I guess compromises have been made in order to keep them from dropping out. So if you're a teen then guess what! You're really not a black belt, but rather what some call a "junior black belt". You really have not been trained like an adult because you are not at an age of responsibilty.

  • yawn

  • @Shazor that is an important rule. I follow and tell that to others in daily life. It is important to respect each other in life, in some way we are all equals. and everyone is the same but you won't be equal if you think someone is better than you

  • @Xerofx i agree buddy. They would have had to make a difficult decision. Because eventually student and master must leave each other.
