see im only 21 years old and I m smart enough to know that they played this video but never talked about this woman directly..If u scared to stand up for something just crawl in your corner and stay there! PLEASE STOP COMMENTING ON SOMETHING YOUR TOO LAZY DO DO RESEARCH ON (IGNORANT!) If someone is giving info to help I dont see what the problem is. Its sad to see that people are so blind they can turn down valuable help. "In the land of the blind the man with 1 eye shall be King!"

@Sepero1 as I am neither pro nor con, I can only say that that sound like a M&M commercial that is aired every Christmas. Santa encounters the M&Ms . they faint and say he does exist. he faints and says "they do exist"

How do I get this free ebook on doing land patents myself. Your website is down. Does a land pantend need to be enforced in court? How much does it cost to do a land patent?

Your website is down. What kind of referrals do you have doing land patents for others. How much do you charge? How long does it take? Do I have to go to court to enforce it?

I know this is true and I appreciate you bringing it to light here in this forum. Currently I own (well they won't give me the original) deed or title filed in the county courthouse which, to my limited understanding, basically amount to real estate and not land as a whole. Therefore I could be removed from what I consider my land should I not be able to pay property tax. As I understand it I am supposed to file something with BLM in order to secure a Land Patent? Is that correct?

land patents
My grandmother left me a land patent for a 160 acres. Does this mean I can claim this property?
Falsitive 1 year ago
@Falsitive My son, like you, ask me legal questions to which I can only respond "That depends." Depends on what? I need more info. For example, it depends on your grandmother's will. Let's say your grandmother was the person named in the land patent, she still owned the property at the time of her death, and she wrote a will leaving the property to you. Let's say that she died recently. Depending on the probate laws in your state, of course you can probate the will and claim the property.

I ordered her service, paid and sent in the contract. To date I have heard nothing from her. I have tried and tried to contact her to no avail. If this isn't a scam, I don't know what is. It is a shame that people exploit those who are in need of help!

Who are you? If you haven't received your land patent, the free book is available to tell you exactly how to obtain the land patent yourself. Perhaps you're a spy/mole...
