DO NOT BUY A CYBOOK !! The Support Team is useless. Mine broke down ten months after buying it and they were not able to fix it, so after chasing them for one month because they never answered my calls or mails they finally replaced it for another one. Guess what? The one they sent me is faulty and they do not even want to acknowledge it. Don't waste your energy and your money with this people, they are just a bunch of pirates unable to comply with a Warranty agreement ;-(

I'm quite surprised that an official video of an electronic device is made with a shitty mobile camera (or whatever it is) recorded somewhere in an office for 5 minutes. Isn't the product worth more than that? Geez, Bookeen really should learn a thing or two about advertising a product.
