Yummmm. You made that look really easy. I would halve the size of the gnocchi, but only because I find them really filling (especially with a creamy sauce), but otherwise, this looks excellent! I've copied down the ingredients and I'm set to go.

OK awesome... Just don't use too much flour and you should be fine!
Smaller gnocchi would be a good idea too... I made them a little big!!!
