Cicero Z van Paemel - six bar 2m05 Dublin '08

In Ierland zijn kracht-en zesbarenproeven immens populair. Maar liefst 17 combinaties streden gisteren voor de prijzenpot van 16000 euro die in de zesbarenproef verdeeld werd. Het werd een pittige afvallingskoers waar de paarden na 5 rondes een steilsprong van 2m05 voorgeschoteld kregen. Cicero sprong met veel brio en zonder het hout ook maar aan te raken haalde hij de overwinning binnen. De dag ervoor was Cicero ook al 6e geëindigd in de openingsproef 1m45. In de 1m50-proef op zaterdag raakte Cicero voor het eerst een balkje aan, wat resulteerde in 4 strafpunten.

Cicero had a fantastic weekend in Dublin. The first day he participated at the 1m40 division, against the clock. He made a nice clear round and he finished 6th. The second day he participated at the six bar competition. In Ireland those competitions are very popular and there was 16000€ prize money in this class. Cicero jumped with a lot of scope and had no problems with the fence of 2m05. Without touching one fence he continued until the last round and he became the winner of the competition. The last day he participated at the 1m50 division. For the first time in that weekend Cicero touched a fence and he finished the division with 4 penalties after a very good round.

En Irlande, sa puissance et lépreuve des «　6 barres　» lont rendu populaire ainsi que la compétition sur les 17 combinaisons , épreuve dont le prix de 16000€ sera partagé lors de la fameuse épreuve des «　6 barres　». Il nous a été donné dapprécier une épreuve de haut niveau . 5 tours ont amené les chevaux à une hauteur de 2m05. Avec brio et sans tutoyer les barres, Cicero remporte la victoire. La veille , il termine à la 6 ième place dans lépreuve douverture en 1m45 et 4 points de pénalité pour une faute sur la 1 er obstacle dans lépreuve du 1m50.
