Monster don' t shot fire here...in my mame' s bubble bobble is more difficult than this

You're right. The version of MAME that was available when I recorded these videos wasn't 100% accurate for emulation of Bubble Bobble. About a week after I finished all my videos (and after a decade of inaccurate emulation in MAME) they finally figured out the emulation problem and now it's 100% accurate, meaning the baddies shoot fireballs once again. Sadly I can't face redoing the videos (they took a HUGE amount of time) so they'll have to stay like this: they are at least still a bit helpful!

I was usualy bursted at last 2~3 times when i try this round :/

Because the emulator I was using at the time wasn't completely correct. About 2 weeks after I finished the walkthrough they fixed the emulation -- I waited over 10 years for that to happen! :-)

Now they do shoot fireballs, but I can't face re-doing the walkthrough at the moment, so some of the videos still show the old incorrect emulation.

The way I do this one - in the difficult fire-spitting version that is - is by going to the top and jumping like crazy there while insta-killing them (you know, bubble so close that they break too).

Yes, actually it seems to be an "easy mode" guide.

You should rename all your files for more pertinence, it would be nice form you :)
