I got an EFIE from fuelsaver-mpg year ago.. till now they havent helped me with ECU pinout or anything... feel bad about this company now

Hint...Hint....Your getting very close utilizing the PWM (one that you can adjust the pulse width frequency ONLY) over any form of direct current/cell design I have ever seen. If you want to take it further than a mere supplement to a gasoline engine, your going to need more. Much more. If you really want to destroy h2o and create enough hydrogen to run said vehicle, run your PWM output into a capacitor bank (wired in parallel) and increase the spacing between the anode and cathode plates.
