You can make them (needing the knowledge of FLASH CS3or4 + Adobe air). These applications can then be used, shared ++.
Other programs are, Visual Basic, Delphi

hellboyhacker2 opera is mush better you jus tipe in the url opera:cache and done it even have a search for the cache

Well, if they are in a zip archive then it wouldn't work, because the files cannot access each other when all of them are zipped. You would have to unzip them first onto the drive, but then they would be regular size anyway. Unless the program is in another format then executable (.exe), which is very uncommon, except for some small games i suppose, it wouldn't work.
Now, the regular program would be too large to run off your drive. Howevr, the portable app could work. That what this vids 'bout

Well then that must have been a special exe where there were no other files.
