I actually really like the sound of mandolins :)

Ibanez has 12 string guitars for as low as $199, thats what I found mine for, they're really affordable if your looking to get one in the future.

@Midgetsdontfloat So long as you know how to pluck just the one string, and the high G note is a bit of a problem. I eventually got a Takamine D series 12 string. SO worth the $679 out of my back pocket!

@95TurboSol haha so does essex. I saw one in the music store here for as low as $199 (Australian) which is awesome because they usually cost a lot more than the average 6 string.
