I'm Japanese and well, he actually says "sugay", not "sugoi."
"Sugay" is a different way to say "sugoi" in Japanese. The former sounds wilder, more manly and casual than the latter. I suppose "sugay" fits better here since it's apparently a tv commercial for a adventure-themed video game and the company must've been aiming to remind viewers of Harrison's Indiana Jones role and the series, which sure are wild!
