  • hey guys, what type of Shoes the Young Guy was using is it a speed light nike shoes ? or is a boxing Shoes Training ? ... please anyone tell me what it is cuz im having problems with my shoes that is pretty heavy and i just wonder to perform better by using the right correct shoes for training. specially doing jump roping.. is it a bodybuilding shoes lift weight ?

  • i disagree, i feel the best way to get good at skipping is by actually skipping. same with punching, the best way to get good at that is by actually punching. dont try the easiest things go straight in.

  • i jumping on rope with barbell's each one is 2.5 KG/Kilograms i got 2 on my legs and to on my hands....
