Your comment is a good example of why we operate this site with an abundance of caution. Commenters unwilling to argue based on the documentary evidence provided by the Racing Commission in Massachusetts - a body which includes Grey2K and the MSPCA, who co-sponsor Question 3 after all - will not be entertained here.
