Kevin took Sam to a very fancy restaurant. He had reserved a separate table that was set up outside away from everyone. It was in a gazebo and was lit by a lot of tiny white Christmas lights. In the middle he had a bouquet of her favorite flowers.

Sam: Kevin this is beautiful.
Kevin: not as beautiful as you.
Sam: wow. I missed your cheesiness.
Kevin: well what can I say. [he reached and grabbed her hand] I'm glad you came.
Sam: me too.
Kevin: Sam did you really mean everything that you said back at the bus?
Sam: I did. Im sorry. I was just scared.
Kevin: but why?
Sam: I don't know. I've never had feelings like these for someone before and I was scared that if I really let myself fall for you more I was only setting my self up for heartbreak.
Kevin: Samantha I would never do that to you.
Sam: [the sound of him calling her Samantha made her stomach flip]
Kevin: all the cool stuff that comes along with the fame and glamour its cool but then I realize it wouldn't mean anything if I didn't have you to share them with.
Sam: that was sweet.

They both had finished their dinner and Kevin had asked the waiter to play a song. The waiter nodded and Kevin took Sam's hand and walked her out to the grassy area. As soon as the song played he danced with her. He wouldn't take his eyes off of her. He sang to her the whole song. [AN: song in video}

Joe, Lexi, tiff, and nick were hiding behind a bush watching Kevin and Sam's date.
Joe: nick your fro is getting in my way I cant see!
Lexi: hush you two!
Tiff: I kinda feel bad for snooping.
Lexi: tiff. We are doing this for Sam.
Joe: what are they doing.
Lexi: aww isn't that so sweet! He's dancing AND singing to her!
Nick: [looking over at tiff] are you crying?
Tiff: [sniff] no!
Lexi: see Joe why don't you do that?!
Joe: what? I cant see! And I've serenaded you before. Plenty of times! Where do you think he got his idea!
Lexi: shhhh!!!!

As soon as the song finished Kevin grabbed both of Sam's hands.
Kevin: baby there is something I want to tell you.
Sam: you're shaking. Are you ok?
Kevin: yeah. [took a deep breath] Samantha I have never ever felt this way about someone. The first day I met you at the star bucks I swear it was faith. I was too much of a chicken to go and talk to you at mikes party but I was lucky enough to have you be an employee at my favorite coffee shop

Tiff/Lexi: SSSSSHHHHHH!!!!!

Kevin: everyday I spend with you is like the best day of my life. All I need to get me through the day is to see that beautiful smile of yours and I know I'm going to be ok. When I try to think of what my life would be like without you I cant even explain how horrible it feels. When you're with me I feel like we can take on the world. Its just you and me and no one else.

Tiff: would you be quiet! You're just mad because he thought of it first!

Kevin: so with that said. [he went into his coat and took out a little black box] Samantha Ramirez [went down on one knee] will you marry me?
Sam: [stood there in shock for 5 seconds[

Joe/Nick: SSSSHHHHH!!!!
Lexi: [to Joe] oh you're paying for that!

Sam: Kevin. I-I- yes! Yes!
Kevin: [slid the ring on her finger and picked her up and kissed her]
Sam: oh my god! I'm getting married! To Kevin Jonas! EEEEPPP!!!
Kevin: wow you Ramirez girls like the word eeep.

Just then Joe came bursting out of the bushes. He ran up to the both of them and gave them a huge hug at the same time.
Kevin: what are you doing here!
Joe: oh my god I'm so happy she said yes! Because if she didn't it would have been a little AWKWARD!
Kevin: who else is there!
Slowly Lexi, nick, and tiff popped their heads out of the bushes. The girls ran up to their sister and hugged her. They jumped up and down screaming their lungs out.
Nick: I'm surprised we haven't gone deaf yet.
Joe: what?!?!
