@emmzie4life They do it for the video thumbnail. It's just a picture of her with the "LG15" logo on it.
(For example, look in the video responses. You see how Jonas's video has a picture of him with "LG15" on it, and the other two are just plain pictures?)
When they put that image in exactly the right spot, it'll become the the thumbnail for the video. And they flash it so quickly because they don't want to distract you from whatever is going on in the vid.
