50% of marriages end up in divorce. Why bother asking irrelevant questions about private life?

I love how the media tries to make a big deal out of this because Sarkozy doesnt give them the time of day. HE'S THE PRESIDENT HE HAS BETTER THINGS TO DO! A poll in France recently reported that the majority of French people dislike him because he is "too forward when it comes to expressing his view" A politician who doesnt hide what he feel??? I didnt know one of those existed....and leave it to the French to dislike their president for being forthcoming.

It looks like there are a lot of pathetic people out there that turn this interview into another anti-American rant. The reporter was out of line to push for answers and she should have stuck to asking difficult political questions. The French President was professional and polite. There is no need to start some ridiculous argument of national pride.

Dear dblue - I apologize. I apologize for the millions of American morons who make a president's personal life their business. This USA is simply full of imbeciles!

Sarko is a dumbass dumbest president in the history of France, traduction:sarko est un trou du cul le plus con de toute l'histoire de la France
Why should he answer a question about his private life? He's the President of France, for God's sake, not a B-list actress plugging a yoga DVD.

Finally, a Frenchman who is a gentleman and a statesman and refuses to stoop to the politics of personal destruction practiced by the "gotcha" American media.
