A mass Crowd led by leaders of the opposition gathered in front of the supreme court to protested against the arrest of Sarath Fonseka. the crowed was attacked by a group of Thugs who threw iron rods , stones and Bottles to them.police fired tear gas and Heigh power water.

  • Illegal arrest of Fonseka. Such laws were created in Sri Lanka to allow unlawful arrest and torture of tamils for many years. Under the guise of 'fighting terrorism'.
