This is the workout I do almost everyday. It's by Lara Hudson. She's amazing. Only takes 10 minutes out of your day, so it really gives you (well at least me) no excuses not to do it.
I read that while waist training you should have some sort of workout to keep your muscles in the proper working order, so this just fit right into it. I've been doing her workout for a little under a year I think.
Can you do a video how to get strong arms? Thank you so much :-).
