THANKSGIVING WITH THE REDNECK

we went to my uncles for thanksgiving on sunday and to my parents on monday and sheesh it was good and we ended up with lots of left overs so we will not have to cook for a day or two woohoo lol and i have a new second cousin only 10 days old for his first thanksgiving.

you ever tried smoking your turkey in a smoker with some Jack Daniels in the bottom of the pan using Mesquite or hickory wood ??? OMG that is some good eatin.. if you are doing a ham in the smoker baste it with the glaze, throw some Jack daniels in the bottom of the pan and smoke the hell out of it and you'll never have anything anymore delicious in your mouth again. yum! got me wanting it now but our thanksgiving is still a little more than a month away yet.

i have been thinking about designing my own smoker i have a good idea of how to build one but i have a hard time just walking let alone cutting and welding for frig sake ya know but that will give me more time to design it real good but when its done ill have to try that out for sure

i had a green 77 chevy c10 short box pick up two wheel drive i was going to lower it to the ground but time and money were not co-operating so i had to sell her you can see it in a few videos it is like ride on the wheel horse and good by to an old friend or something like that it was a sweet truck and it made me sick to sell it but it had to be done

i had a great weekend as well with my family, and we got absolutely stuffed. anyways, glad to see u feelin better pug. cheers
