Buddy Merrill is a fantastic guitarist and steel guitarist best known for his many years on the Lawrence Welk show. Few people know just HOW good he really was, and we are going to put a few clips on youtube to help set the record straight.

Here Buddy plays one of the earliest Stratocasters ever made, given to him by Leo Fender himself. Why? Because Leo was a fan!
