@BenJabituya yes it is, why it was playing this i dont know, i noticed theres a huge bug in the game, all you do is drive next to the curb and you miss everything, if i bought this game back then for this machine i would have taken it back, what a complete pile of shit, total waste of money!

I just looked it up and yeah it is extremely similar. Nice catch, I love finding out things like this about games. Paperboy was developed by Atari and Moon Patrol was published by Atari so there must of been a lazy sound designer somewhere along the way or something.
