ehh well i close every program running and put my pc on high performance under power options hoped that helped, ps oh yea i clean my pc from viruses spyware etc on a daily basis

lol my radeon hd3200 can run this game great, everything on besides aa and shadows at 800x600 with 35-60 frames

@Cr0fter tf2 works well on 7150m with -dxlevel 80, lowest details and Quantum high fps cfg.. about 40-50fps

Turn off "Sync every frame" and "Anisotropic filtering" if you have them on.
