The right wing believes in all sorts of state control. Outlawing of gay marriage, using tax dollars to fund private schools and religious programs, funding of the War on Terror, corporate welfare, bailouts of private capitalist businesses and banks, subsidizing agribusiness and domestic businesses, funding tax cuts for the wealthy, funding wars against left-wing forces, etc.

These are all right wing uses of government.

I watched the video it's just incorrect. According to this made-up political scale all conservatives who aren't "anarcho-capitalists" are left wing since all right-wingers believe in government power except for them. This is why no political scale in the world used by political scientists defines right wing as "no government power". Libertarian/Authoritarian is an axis unto itself and crosses both the left and the right.
