JKD FAA - Stretching workout

I filmed this way back when I used to train in JKD, under Richard Marlowe of the JKD FAA club.

This is a section of content from a 'Fighting from the clinch' lesson. This is the Stretching warmup session - aiming to provide enough flexibility and strength for ground fighting. The actual workout takes 3 times as long, I have cut it down to make it more palatable.

Sorry for the filming/sound quality - was filmed in a squash court, camera was just left on the ground - awful angle, sorry! - I had no tie clip mic or tripod back in those days! Never got around to filming any proper demo materials...

Posted it because I thought some people may enjoy it or find it useful. Sorry if you don't.... I tried to give explanatory names for some of the moves, doubt I got them right, gave up on some of the more obscure/partial moves....

Hi Great Video.. I used to train with Richard Marlowe about 20 yrs ago and keen to catch up with him. Do you know if he is still training? and if so where would I find details of his classes?
