I don't think Scrapper was actually talking about Link's pants when he called him "Shortpants"...when he first sees Link he mentions his small stature. And he only started calling him "Master" after he heard Fi do so, although I think he's doing it to be mocking.

Kinda like a 'smartypants' thing...only he's saying that Link is short.

Since i couldn't fit Shortpants as my file name i put Shorty so Fi called me Master Shorty and Scrapper called me Master Shortpants
