The last 1:10 of the game, which saw the Devils win 5-2, and take a 3-1 series lead!

Unfortunately, the Devils couldn't close the series out in Ottawa. After a scoreless 1st, Todd White and Scott Stevens scored in the 2nd, and the game was tied 1-1 going to the 3rd. There, the Sens scored twice on goals by Martin Havlat and Jason Spezza on the power play and the Sens would stay alive and win 3-1.

Game 6 was closer, but no cigar for the Devils. Radek Bonk's power play goal late in the 2nd gave the Sens the lead, but Joe Nieuwendyk's power play goal early in the 3rd, tied it. Chris Phillips would win the game for the Sens with just over 4 minutes left in the 1st overtime. Which sets up a climactic Game 7 in Ottawa for the right to go to the Stanley Cup Finals!
