Hope everything is okay. I work for a weight loss surgery clinic and we strongly recomend staying away from mexico to get banded; for a few reasons.. higher complication rate, surgeons in the USA will not touch you & you have to go back to mexico for issues (like your dealing with) and aftercare is limited. Sorry you are having trouble with tightness. I went thru the same thing not too long ago, it just takes some tweaking to find the sweet spot, I hope you are feeling better now.. Big hugs, Becky
