G power put the M5's V10 into the E92 M3. For a light car, 500 HP is alot :P

the v8 m3 is amazing and a true work of art now all bmw have to do is make a v10 versoin

MDM allows the car to have the perfect balance of slippage and non-slippage during hard acceleration. With traction control on, the power is reigned in by the ECU as soon as it detects tire slip. With traction control off, the tires are slipping and not achieving grip, thus not achieving the desired acceleration. Or something like that.

M Dynamic mode will actually cause the wheel to spin more, with DSC completely on, the power will reduce the instant the ecu detects that the wheels are slipping
