Mystic Defender is an action video game released for the Sega Genesis Mega Drive system released in Japan in 1989 and U.S. in 1990. It is based on the anime manga Kujaku Ou. It is the sequel to SpellCaster on the Sega Master System.

  • Yo narox, maybe you could help me out here. I was looking for this side scroller on SNES that had a samurai go though these long levels. His main weapon was some kind of long weapon, and the enemies were these mystic demons and goblins. Any ideas?

  • Yeah, when I first saw the image for this, it reminded me of Spellcaster. Never knew Spellcaster had a sequel :)
