A Jemi Love Story E117;S4 PART 1

PART 1-
E117;S4
Demi: What'd you say to him?!
Joe took off the earphones and looked at her.
Joe: What?
Demi: *she calms herself a bit* What did you say to Nick?
Joe: i simply told him to stay away from you.
Demi: Why'd you say that for?
Joe: Well, maybe because he's in love with you, and you're with me.
Demi: Joe, i dont belong to you. And it isnt your say for Nick, saying he needs to stay away. Its my say.
Joe: And?
Demi: i'm perfectly fine with me and Nick still being friends.
Joe: I'm not comfortable with that. He might even try to steal you away from me. again.
Demi: He wasnt trying to. seriously. Joe, can you be more selfish? You actually think your own brother would-
Joe: Well, from what i heard, my own brother did kiss you, my fiancee.
Demi: You dont own me, Joe.
Joe: Did i say i do?
Demi: No, but you're acting like it.
Joe: Look, i dont want Nick to talk to you.
Demi: You dont decide that for me.
Then, Demi turned around and walked out, thinking maybe Joe will come after and apologize. Nothing. Joe just went on, putting the earphones back into his ears, turning the music up all the way. Demi looked around and saw that Selena wasnt there, and Nick was probably in his room, mad at Joe. There was Kevin.
Demi: Where's Sel?
Kev: She hads to go home and finishing packing.
Demi just stood there, trying not to cry. She thought of Joe, then Nick, and then Selena leaving. She was exhausted already. She just wanted to burst into tears and spill everything out to Ashley like how she would do when she had problems.
Kev: Are you okay, Demi? *he's a little concerned*
Demi: No, i'm not okay, Kevin. First, Nick kisses me, then Joe tells him to stay away from me? Is he even allowed to do that? And now, Selena 's leaving tomorrow. Everything is just so-
Then, Demi started crying. Kevin wanted to do something, try to help her.
Kev: Oh, come here.
Demi sat next to him and cried on his shoulder. And to her, it felt good to let everything out. Then, Kevin put his arm around her and pulled her closer to him, trying to comfort her, but not to be taken in the wrong way. He cared for her like she was his little sister. She starts wiping away her tears and sees someone standing off to the corner. Joe. He looked sorta surprised/mad. Oh, my gosh, she thought. This is just what she needed.
Joe: Whats going on?
Kev: Demi just-
Joe: So, what now, Demi? Do I need to tell Kevin to stay away from you, too? Because i can do that if he's gonna try to kiss you too.
Kev: Joe, please. Its not what it looks like.
Joe: Oh? Because apparently you were all over her!
Demi got up, still crying.
Demi: FYI, he was trying to comfort me, unlike you, Mr. Selfish. What, you dont trust me? I can take care of myself, thank you very much. I dont need you to tell every guy i talk to, hug, or even look at that they need to stay away just because "i belong to you."
Joe just stared at her.
Demi: I can take care of myself, Joe.
Joe shifted his weight onto his other foot, not wanting to argue with her now, especially when kevin was watching and now his mom came out of her room, and even Nick was standing by his door.
Demi: I'm going over to Selena's. DON'T come after me.
She leaves. Kevin looks at Joe with a surprised look on his face.
Joe: What?!
Kev: That was totally not cool, man. She's right. She can take care of herself, Joe.
Then, Kevin got up and went into his room, leaving Joe there.
