Try running on the balls of your feet. The natural way to run is on the ball with very little contact of the heel with the ground. There are a few videos on Youtube which teach you how to run like an elite runner. I had knee problems and that was when I was using a "heel strike" which isn't the best way to run. It will feel like your calves are on fire at first but it gets better. My knee pain disappeared on the very first day I used the balls instead of the heel.

hahaha sei troppo carina quando parli italiano!! bravissima continua così =) Sai, anch'io sto provando a perdere peso, e perderlo per tutta la vita... è una guerra molto difficile, e come te l'ho già fatto molte volte, ma ogni volta riprendevo tutto il peso faticosamente perso. Ma sono fiduciosa che un giorno riuscirò a farlo per l'ultima volta.. per la vita!!! ciao baci

that is really weird, because i have those same shoes.
and it led to my knee pain when running.
i really think it's because of the mesh and there is no ankle support, which automatically lets you roll your ankle inwards.
i hope this works out for you!
what exactly did you do to avoid the inward rolling?

I bought new shoes, lol.
During this run I just kept conscious of how my leg was rolling and didn't allow it to collapse inward.
