  • The major advantage your units have is that they need not be plugged in, they work on demand, and they use far less water for cleaning than other water softening units. From my own experience this really matters. But when I found out about Kenetico, it didn't point this out with the attention it deserves. It was not until I brought in a Kenetico representative, that I found this out. You guys ought to advertise this point more clearly...I bet you'd sell more units.

    I have one of your units installed in the Univ. where I work and it's serving us quite well for 3 years now. I just told my family about your units and that they work very differently that other units. I was hoping to you guys might have a 10 or 15 minute video on your web site explaining how Kenetico works vs other units but apperently, you don't have any.
