It is interesting to see what an American cigarette ad of the 1980's might have looked like if they had continued, following the current culture.

neutron dance?

@sebiiau Do you still fly in a concorde?

@MarkiedeZA As the editor of this commercial, I know, that half of the actors were not smokers. That's why they had to work so hard, take after take, to make it look convincing.
-
Wonder how many of the people in the commercial have subsequently died of cancer.
-
If they marketed cigarettes the same way as they market vegetables, no one would want to smoke. If they said sprouts were dangerous, everyone would eat them. James bond would eat them and they'd be expensive. "Sprout, Miss Funnyfanny?" "Ooh yes James, always after sex." Nyom nyom nyom.

Be young, have fun, get cancer.

im not a regular smoker but every now and then I will pick up a 20 pack of Stuyvesant classics for a special occasion, and they taste great and give you a great nicotine buzz. the best cigarette on the market!
Wow, so I can lead an exciting jetsetter lifestyle just by taking up smoking? Count me in.
