i believe the base models did have a buzzer up to 2000. I have an '87 with a nasty buzzer.

The 97's came with a good old buzzer only.

You dont need to convert to run on biodeisel. Biodiesel is made to run in engines without modifications. You only modify for running on straigt vedgetable oil.
