City should vote on whether to give him a grant that is retroactive. Keep it illegal without a grant. You don't want every idiot with a spray can and 2 cents talent making the city ugly. In this paticular case it's clear that this man's street art is something special and shouldn't be destroyed.

I love his work and beleave it is good while on the other side what hapens if other people start dioung thid and it is bad? Bring it up with city counsol. have the people of the city vote.

I've seen some of his work and it is very nice and thought provoking. It makes me smile to hear a lot of people feel the same.

His work is free and beautiful. The public loves it. The city should consider itself fortunate, and the law should step back.
