A 10 year old should know that you can't BREATH UNDERGROUND!!! A 3 year old knows that he/she can't breath with a pillow over their face, I hope a 10 year old can figure out the rest.  At 10 years old I knew not to touch iodine because it stains your skin, or dry ice because it kills your blood cells. If these kids couldn't figure out not to put your head in SAND, I'm very scared about the future generations of kids growing up. Blame the parents plain and simple.

I agree with you. Anouther point to how stupid this is, is the fact of how stupid his parents were. In japan, the tv rating for the tv show is TV 14, and the show is intended for 14 to 18 year olds. But when it came to america, they just had to do the stupid dubs and make it seem that it was for 8 to 11 year olds. So if the kid died because he was imitating naruto, it was the parents fault for letting him watch the show. The media always blames the tv shows, but really its the parents fault.

i agree completely. Only the kids were around, we dont know what other mishap might've occured. Lets say the kids did purposely somehow force his head in a foot of sand. The ten year old died. And they panicked. So what do they blame? The similarity to this is shown in Naruto at some point...i think.
