  • ok , you should stop using low bar , really .

    low bar makes you set back anl lift it with the back , and its impossible to keep the arch .

    high bar atg weightlifting squat is the only thing that should be called a squat , lets face it sumo is not a squat , watch weightlifters squatting and learn .
