carlitosm-I agree!Sadly,some of the worst attacks on workers' rights have been done by Labor Governments.Workers Compensation changes of the Unsworth govt are a good example.Bringing in scabs during the pilots' strike when Hawke was PM is another.I'm disappointed with the pathetic submission re maternity & paternity leave by ACTU.Countries smaller & less affluent than Aust have at least 6 mnths?It should be govt funded!Take some from $10billion subsidies to fossil fuel industries!

About time the ACTU & the rest of hacks woke up! Still as mentioned before this is a pretty lame soft arse video, and as long as the ABCC, Unfair Dismisal, Rights of Entry and dodgy work-visas are still around, the ACTU and Sharon only prove that they are in bed with Rudd. Look at Sharon's pathetic claim for maternity leave! even some business groups are asking for more!!! WAKE UP!
