Down 3-0 in the 1st period, Calgary Flames Defensman Cory Sarich absolutely destroys Patrick Marleau, changing the entire momentum of the game. The Flames went on to score four unanswered goals to win 4-3.

I was at this game behind Kipper / Joseph. Down 3-0, Curtis Joseph had to come and then this hit completely awoke not only the fans but the Flames as well. Flames actually got a power play on the play too and scored on the PP if I recall right and was the turning point of the game. Flames went on to win 4-3 in what was easily one of the best hockey games I have ever seen. The standing ovation and chanting Cujo at the end of the game was amazing.
