if u dont have scraper wat can u use to replace it?
also how do u make the icing ( is it butter cream)

@saraisawesome007 I used other things but what I like about this scraper is that
it has a perfect L shape angle that makes sure you do a straight job.
I do have them available i my website if you don't find them locally

i always run out of buttercream... how much do you double/triple you recipe to cover a 10' and an 8' inch? thanks!! -Briana

@TippToe2008 To control quality I do one batch at a time. To cover an 8 do around 4 batches. How much you use depends on how much you put on the cake.

I love watching your videos. I made a cake the other day and I made cream cheese icing. I did a crumb coat (I think) and put it in the fridge to set. When I did the second coat I can't seem to get it smooth. When I use the paper towel it always sticks to the icing. Am I not letting it sit long enough?
