The takeoff wasn't smokey and dramatic because it's a light weight car with a lot of traction. Watch some of hydramada's other Cobra videos and you'll see that most of them do the same thing. I agree with you on the shifting, though; a bit clumsy.

Hmm, that wasn't a very good burnout at all, it seemed he was having trouble finding the right gear,actually.I've seen much better..
