    i did this unknowingly behind our county attorneys office and was charged wit terroristic threat....but it was worth it cuz the only reason we got caught was cuz the cops heard it 5 blocks away....its much better using a 2 litter bottle filling it a quarter way up and only using bout a square foot of aluminum foil
