2Ti 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
Act 17:11 These were more fair-minded than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness, and searched the Scriptures daily to find out whether these things were so.
1Th 5:21 Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.
So why do you ask we Christians to pray about your Book of Mormon when your LDS doctrines so obviously contradict the doctrines taught in our Bible?
Because feelings can be deceitful, the bible teaches and commands that we test all things according to the scripture that has been proven and we know came from God.
If you were being witnessed to by a follower or disciple of another religion and they asked you to pray with a sincere heart about their religion, would you as a Mormon pray with a sincere heart with real intent, having faith in Christ about the truthfulness of Islam’s Quran, Mary Baker Eddy’s Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, the holy writings of Hindu’s, or the Buddhists, when their teachings so obviously contradict your LDS Doctrines?
As a Christian why should I pray about the writings of other religions when the Bible never commands me test any so-called Holy Writings in that manner?
thanks for helping me find this one i got you hinkly and your you claiming your not a christian for you do not go by our ancient book is what he is saying and thats i needed to make a point to another mormon telling me there prophet never said it lol.

Mormons are so confused.
Same Jesus, different Jesus.
It's quite amusing, or it would be if they were not messing with the King of Kings and Lord of Lords.
