Normally I am no fan of sympathy for zombies. but I do think there is some positive things in your film. the opening with the flash back with the cop who shot him self, i think it was cool. and it was somewhat okay with the house too. but, that you use "no ammo" twice, that is one too many i think.
I think the zombie is too much human. If you have seen 28 weeks later, the father is more beast alike, but still too human i think. but zombie sympathy, i think the zombies should be far more beasts
