Pacific parrotlets - mayhem

Kendra and Kiddo, two 5-months old pacific parrotlets have a lot of fun redecorating our living-room... Sometimes I have enough of them, I'm not there for 10 minutes and they found something new to destroy.

No!!! Don't do it, they don't tollerate other spiecies and are hostile to them.

The birds are always more happy in pairs or groups than alone!

Of course two! If you have only one parrot you have to spend a lot of time with it (and I dont mean 1-2 hours a day). They need a partner to be happy, the best choice is always another parrot.

hi---i was wondering that now that my parrotlet is tame and will come when called is it okay to stop trimming his nails and can i take him outside?

what naughty little birds! i've had to cover all my windows with long shear curtains because my female parrotlet, pip squeak, chewed up every window she had access to.
