For those aspiring steel guitar players that think 'another neck' or '8, 10, 12 or 14 strings' are necessary for them to reach their objective as an accomplished steel player..........think again! Wayne Tanner in this video demonstrates how versatile the C6th/A7th Tuning truly is. With this tuning, a player has a wide variety of options available to him/her. It's truly a versatile MELODY tuning and provides the player an endless challenge to sort out all of the many playing, string and slanting
choices that can be made.

  • @super8film oops, make that ESSENTIAL.....

  • @RayMontee ...well, there are now 224 views which is a sight less criminal than only 18 viewing of what is essentially textbook steel playing.

  • 18 views?!? That's criminal. Steel players should also take note of what he is not playing.
