Assault at Birmingham 'The Bullring' By Security

On 20th August, freedom lovers from across the country met up in Birmingham to raise the vibrations with free hugs whilst spreading messages of truth. Before we met up with the main group, a friend of mine was being harassed for filming at the Bull Ring shopping centre, and we entered into conversation with them about our rights to film, then when i tried to explain the difference between common law and statutes, they got aggressive and started pushing us round, I got floored and ejected from the Bull Ring. Then we met up with other Anons and friends. We spent a good proportion of the day handing out sweets and free hugs and generally making people smile. On winding up the day, we went to walk through the shopping centre, where we would finish because k where we started on the other side. But we were stopped, and again harassed and assaulted. The security even assaulted a minor and showed no remorse. We were told we could leave so long as we removed our masks. There is no law to say we MUST remove our masks, and so we did not consent. On negotiating with them about consent, the security ignored all laws and took it upon themselves to instantly grab me (assault) and drag me out of the shopping centre. Then lots of security started pushing everyone and anyone around. Just as we exited the centre,the assault was taken further as they caused Actual Bodily Harm on myself, as 4 security guards twisted my arms up my back, threw me on the floor, lay on top of me and dug elbows in my head and neck. I called out for the assistance of the police. When police arrived, they formed a line of resistance, with their backs to the aggressors and their faces to the people! The police ignored ALL our requests for protection. They ignored ALL our complaints about the security. They protected the corporations , and ignored the people, thus breaking their oaths to common law. Which we reminded them of. The people of Birmingham saw what happened and a large crowd had grown by now. They people supported us. After making our position clear, we decided to call it a day, and we went for a quiet drink in a nearby pub. But whilst we were having our pint, police sent a (nazi) snatch squad who picked off one of our friends from outside the pub. We went out to see what the commotion was, and again reminded the police of our rights and their duties....we were shocked but decided to walk away from them. Clearly they didn't like being told the meanings of their job. At which point, they made a b-line for myself, they committed assault and actual bodily harm (i was choked in the process, got the marks to prove it). We were then treated like pieces of meat. The police had NO respect whatsoever. We were taken to the police station and locked away for 6hours. 3 out of 4 of us were charged. (the 4th one was lucky because the police messed up his paperwork, so he was released without charge).

They tried to put Section 5 of the public order Act on the legal fiction Mr TIMOTHY JOSEPH BECKETT...I didn't consent to the Act, nor did I accept the name, however, they grabbed a name of a legal fiction from my wallet...i did not sign on entry, and signed "under duress, without prejudice" plus signature to get out. (without prejudice meaning, the document may not be used in court)....whether they conform to their own rules however, remains to be seen. I need to speak to a lot of lawful rebellion peeps and freemen.

We need all the help we can get! Is it possible to get a lay representative? We do not want a solicitor, because solicitors work for the corporation. We do NOT consent to the bogus ACTS of the corporation.

We are due in court on Tuesday 30th at 10am Birmingham Magistrate's Court. We will be free men and women. We need help and advice. We don't know what we're doing but have a half an idea....a small half...

This video is one of the most pathetic things I have ever seen. Your an embarrassment. 'Every time you touch me that's assault!' Do me a favour. What were you even doing there? Spreading free peace with a megaphone and squaring up to the security staff. Absolute morons with nothing better to do than look for attention. EVERY thing wrong with the youth of today.

@jk1234567891986 I agree, they seem to think because they've read somewhere on the Internet that it's not against the law to do such activity that they are well within their rights to do such a thing, and if someone touches them it may be "an assault". It may well be, but they're causing a unnecessary disruption. They need to understand that the world owes you nothing.

@KnowingDasEin If a complaint of assault was filed by your organisation believe me they would have had to of followed through as its the law.By the way could you ask why a member of your organisation Maldotcom banned me from asking questions and making fair statements on one of his video while he was simply giving me abuse for expressing my opinion?He goes against the very right to freedom your protesting for and frankly makes your organisation look bad.
