  • One of the biggest mistakes credit repair companies make is trying to dispute a tax lien when you owe money for back taxes. The reason is you could be under the radar, once the dispute gets sent in the credit bureaus will try to verify it with the IRS or the State and if you own money to these agencies you can find yourself in a big trouble, by getting your bank account levied or your paychecks garnished

  • @CREDITREPAIRMASTER The IRS or state does not care if you get liens deleted from your credit report, plus the bureaus never contact the county recorder's office or courthouse where the lien is filled. The only way they may be contacted is they do it electronically, but no human being is ever spoken too. I have an IRS lien and in currently not collectable status and they wont take me off if I get the lien off my credit.

  • @danka2000 I have done this for many years, I have removed tax liens myself, I am not saying that it will not come off, but there is a chance that your file can be looked into just because you disputed, it is also the same with collection agencies. Also they do it electronically but not the way you think, by law they need to provide the name and of the person and time they verified it if you request it. and if they never cared they would of never reported in the first place.

  • @CREDITREPAIRMASTER I am confused of what your telling me, I know they use the oscar system. Once you send in the dispute and it comes back as verified you send a second dispute asking the bureaus to verify the name and of the person that verified it, and they have 15 days to do that by law, you file will be brought up at some point. I think we are on the same page but in my opinion you should not dispute taxes that yo owe a lot of money to... its not worth the trouble

  • @CREDITREPAIRMASTER The credit bureaus use E-Oscar which involves no physical human being contacted. The courts have ruled, there is a case involving Transunion, that a phone must be picked up and documentation being supplied proving the negative item. Method of verifcation is a powerful tool. The bureaus never call anyone and that is what is used to remove negative items. My debts except IRS were discharged in BK, so likely the creditors have no more records on file on me.

  • I want to start a credit repair business. Can this help me? I've got a 15 year mortgage background.

  • HI my name is gemmalyn and i have like the worse credit score. I can't even qualify for a vehicle for my family. can you please help me inprove my credit score. I would like to buy your book. please call me at 1-808-217-5446

  • Dave Ramsey says the best credit score to have is ZERO. He really opened my eyes. Mine was 829 three years ago. Now, its almost at 0. In that time, I still have not, and will NEVER, take on ANY debt, and my net worth has increased by 100K in that 3 years. I have never made over 75K in any one year in my life. I'm 45. Take some good advice, my friends: Drive that "beater with a heater" & rent if you must, so that later, you can move up by using cash.

  • This may not have been the best video but it was straight to the point, THANKS!!!
