try dong songs like this or write things down to let ur fellings out or just do some sport i let my anger, sadness and everything through doing the sport muay-thai and mostly drawing im even writing a book

I just got my heart broken from my second bf in 4 years and im 18. My first bf knew he was moving and didn't tell me, so on valentines day he had his new gf call me from his phone and tell me it was over. I was 14 wen that happened ive hated valentines day since then. But at least the one who just broke up with me said it to my face...accualy he yelled we are over to me while we were at church and we have been together almost 4 months and he told everyone that i wasnt being affectionate enough

Its hard to break up with the one you loved for a year .But whats really hard is that I never saw the one I loved through that year. My heart is still broken untill I see the one I love and hopes she gives me better than my ex . I was nothing to that so called "girlfriend".I just hope to find a better girl in my school who can win my heart and mind and fix a heart in a million pices
